Oklahoma Half-Staff notification; October 26 - November 2, 2015
Governor Mary Fallin has issued an executive order for all American and Oklahoma flags on state property to be displayed at half-staff from 11 a.m. on Monday, October 26, 2015 until 8 a.m. on Monday, November 2, 2015 to honor those lost and wounded during the Oklahoma State University parade on October 24, 2015.
