In Honor of an Oklahoma Fallen Soldier
Mary Fallin, Governor of the State of Oklahoma, has directed all American and Oklahoma flags on State property be displayed at 1/2-staff from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, March 21, 2013 to honor Staff Sergeant Rex L. Schad, an Oklahoma soldier, who died on March 11, 2013, while on active duty supporting Operation Enduring Freedom in Afghanistan.
